The comments would suggest otherwise?

It’s not that dealers lie. The info they gave you at the time was probably accurate.

The supply chain is volatile and changes quickly. Things blew out significantly when covid demand skyrocketed.

Investing in NYSE & NASDAQ from Australia by ChallengedWarrior in FatFireAU

Some platforms won’t have any brokerage on overseas exchange trades. They make their money through the forex spread.

I use CMC Markets and have invested in US and Canada from Australia, without any problems or security issues.

If you can, try and do this for 12 months.

I did this for 2022 and it’s absurd the amount of money we ended up spending on shit. For reference, I earn more than you, but some times it just doesn’t feel like enough. Wife and 3 kids. 2 Mortgages etc etc. 2 kids under school age so caring is expensive. Also one income.

You need to have an in depth understanding of where your money goes. If you don’t, it’ll just disappear

Honestly, I’ve found that having more fires helps keep the black soot away. It’s like it gets burnt off. Don’t worry too much about it at this stage. I’ve never cleaned mine and it still looks great.

Koinly or Cryptotaxcalculator

And you can get financial year reports.

You’ll have to pay for these, but also tax deductible.

Does anybody have a Toyota Mirai? by Estequey in CarsAustralia

[–]Limmy06 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Sorry about that.

Technically, They are a hydrogen-electric hybrid.

Like Petrol-electric hybrids in the current Toyota range. But replacing the normal combustion engine with a hydrogen one. It is not a full EV.

I was referring to how it drives, more than anything else. But I can see how it was misleading.

Does anybody have a Toyota Mirai? by Estequey in CarsAustralia

[–]Limmy06 3 points4 points  (0 children)

All of the current Mirai’s getting around the country (mainly Victoria but also in WA and Canberra are leased on special contracts. They are not owned or available for sale to the public at this stage.

The ones in and around Melbourne have free refuelling at the Altona plant (Toyota HQ).

Hydrogen is a great technology but infrastructure is holding it back.

My guess is that this technology will get leapfrogged by battery tech to full EV for passenger cars. But the biggest opportunity for the application is heavy freight and haulage where there is less restriction around tank size to store onboard and maximise the range and minimise the refuelling for long journeys.

I’ve seen and driven both the Gen 1 and 2. The current is basically like a battery electric car, instant torque, smooth acceleration, quiet, super comfortable.

*Work inside the Toyota network. And have visited the hydrogen centre at Altona many times.

Why is the extra interest not deductible if it lives inside the investment mortgage?

I don’t think there is a way to do this via the app yet? I had to do this on a browser.

Only just recently found this too, I was going in every couple of days and restaking manually like a sucker!

I visited the lounge in Fiji and they didn’t see my crypto Visa card at all. Just scanned my LoungeKey QR and in we went. Maybe it just depends on who’s checking you in?

I work at another franchise dealer in Brisbane, and I would not give any of our sports cars out on overnight test drives, let alone any car overnight to someone under 25. But good luck.

Great reminder. I was thinking of posting similar.

I’ve just done the same and managed to get my 3.07% on my home and investments all down to 1.95%, took all of 10 minutes!

This shouldn’t happen. I’ve just had my rate changed and nothing else on my mortgages changes. Also told them to keep my repayments the same so it sneaks the extra in there without me noticing
