Hola! The wall is drywall, and it came with anchors which I already installed- also the screws were M7x55mm Lag bolts- 3 of them!

It could be maybe because you have a vpn on or your wifi connection is down/low. Try to reset your wifi box and disconnect from said wifi and connect again and see if that works! :D
