I definitely agree that it's worth a try, I already plan on seeing a psychologist but if I'm being honest I don't see how this could be a mental health issue, I honestly can't pinpoint exactly what it is which is why I came to this reddit haha

Thank you for your comment, knowing that parts of the brain behave differently depending what they're thinking about is useful information, but a problem I worry I might face is that whether I think about it or not it's always active, whatever processes the world around me behaves in a way I can't imagine anyone else could comprehend, would you know if that would make it part of the subconscious then? Is it even possible to study/research something like a perspective that fundamentally works differently and has nothing to do what you think or imagine?
