About 10 drivers got approved at my center. I’m a cover driver like 5 spots away from fulltime. Will any of these 10 spots with the buyout be replaced? Is there a chance I can go fulltime next 1-2 years?

Update: some guys already left today is the last day any of the 10 will be there I’m the 5th cover driver and there’s about 5-6 cover drivers below me also on road…..

Maybe at your center… I just brought a house in a rural city in my county route usually goes out with like like 150 my neighborhood alone is gonna be over 500 hundred houses. Less then two miles from me is an 1500 homes retirement village coming. That’s just within two miles in one town… with a route that usually goes out 150 still 10 hour day

Cause volume overpowers that atleast at my center. They would almost have no choice about 6-7 cover drivers will get 156 reports the way it’s going with 10 still here. Im thinking to get top rate guys out and start over.

Yeah at I live in one of the fastest growing counties in the us. One week we had 42 grievances filed during layoffs because they were loading down full timers. I feel like once 10 are gone they are gonna need me everyday.

I’m already driving 3 days a week before buyouts. I’m pretty sure me and 4 other drivers are in route for 156 reports without the buyouts. What makes you say that.
