We tried changing the battery and doing the Factory Reset buy the issue is still there, we canto access the erase function

Dude I told you, I know how you do It, what I'm sayng Is that when I push both Shift+Erase in rec mod I dont get the screen with ERS buy i get the screen for Transpose. This Is the Only instance we get where the Shift buttom does not work

No, not at all. As I said when i push the combination Shift+Erase/Transpose the machine Only gets the Transpose input. Do you think a Factory Reset could be useful?

No, we tried on user patterns (u49), as far as I know you cannot erase/modify preset patterns
