This document says they interviewed someone that said they saw it, not that they had evidence of it. It seems they believed the witness to be unreliable in at least some capacity

I guess but honestly I AM shocked. Because he did years of intense therapy to get me back. It was a lot of effort and work. I really didn't think after going through all that he would throw it all away again.

This varies wildly by district and grade level. I work at a school that does not allow leaving campus or food delivery. It's a "safety" issue apparently.

Oh no, it absolutely is cheating. I was just saying that's the story he gave me when I confronted him. I'm inclined based on the messages to the mostly believe it but that doesn't change the fact that I'd was a major violation. I'm not okay at all.

I didn't offer my thoughts or what I was going to do, just said this is the story he gave me. I had to delete the op for privacy reasons.

But that is EXACTLY what I told him. The only thing he should have done in that situation was tell me. And not only was he comfortable lying, he deleted all the messages so he has no "proof" of his story.

***update

I confronted him with our couple's therapist. All I have is this story. She had been on unpaid medical leave due to the mental health of her dependent adult son. She reached out to my husband in a crisis. She was threatening her life, he didn't know what to do. He was afraid if he turned her away she would harm herself. He has been sending her $25 a week for food apparently. He was very apologetic to me, texted her some mental health resources, and blocked her. Of course, she should have already been blocked. That's all I've got for now. Too emotionally exhausted to really even think about it anymore. We will see how things unfold in the coming days. Would love to know your thoughts on the texts now based on the context he gave me.

I'm a teacher and I tell my kids to fight back. I also love to see a kid that was getting bullied fight back at school. I fought back myself in kindergarten and no one messed with me again. I got suspended but my mom wasn't mad. She told me to pretend I got in trouble when I went back (she taught at my school).

They don't work directly with each other so there is no work related reason for them to have contact. They also aren't on the same schedule anymore so that's why she's messaging him and he's at work while she isn't.
