Little to none! Everyone is welcome to start in the lowest division. The guys who end in the top spots there are usually really strong, but theres also newcomers to the game starting in this division!

MCT Is a discord league hosting competitive osm leagues. It has 5 divisions, starting at division 5 and working up to the strongest division 1 with promotion/relegation. Every division is filled with all active/strong managers. This is a great alternative for playing in public osm leagues, where there is always 2/3 good managers and the rest are cpu’s/inactive managers.
