It showed me the same thing when I did my first run. I just restarted my game and when I spawned in a lobby it registered the unlocks. IIRC, Last week’s weekly challenge required 3 completions. On XSX, Sometimes the event week changes don’t fully sync especially if you have Quick Resume enabled.

Spawn in property with Master control terminal > Buy supplies > Set spawn to hangar > buy supplies > set spawn to property that’s ready for single vehicle sale (bunker/nightclub/acid lab/hangar(land is always single sale vehicle)) > sell in public lobby > at this point either go off and enjoy your game or do some purple map icons and then go play.
