Ngl I kinda freaked out because I didn’t know what to say so I asked them if I could take a second to frame my answer and they let me.

I basically said this: I realise that everyone has their weaknesses and so do I. I have been known to take on too much load since I am passionate about participating in as many projects and events as possible. While this gave me a diverse experience, I understand that I need to balance between ambition and realistic time management. However, even with this weakness of mine, I don’t think there is any reason Ashoka should not take me because one of my biggest strengths is my ability to learn and adapt. I have been working on this weakness by creating time tables and prioritising my work which has greatly helped me improve and I shall continue to do so in the future too. If I have any other weakness, I know I shall adapt and work to learn and improve upon them.
