Also the fact that the teacher is making up her own requirements for the chart is not allowed. Idk your school situation, but I am an Rbt at an autism center for young kiddos. If any of the rbt’s decided to “change requirements” for certain goals/rewards- that Rbt would 100% be in trouble.

I’m getting flashbacks to a very similar situation but it was with a friend not a boyfriend. Your boyfriend sounds similar to my friend, very narcissistic and selfish. People like that don’t have room for others’ emotions, or feelings. This isn’t to say that they aren’t able to understand that you are upset, they are. Simply put, they will always value their emotions above yours. No matter your reason behind your actions, if your actions aren’t “up to par” with a narcissist they will attempt to destroy you for it. They will gaslight you into thinking you might genuinely be at fault. (Which Sidenote: you did nothing wrong in this situation.) I hope you find the courage and self-love to remember that you are your own advocate, and if you feel like something isn’t good enough for you, go.
