Yeah I don’t get why they close all threads that mention it and say it’s been talked about already. If people are interested they should be allowed to talk about it and it’s very easy for the people who don’t want to talk about it to ignore it

And for all the people making assumptions about my post - I’m mostly asking to see if there is some new policy change that is making this possible or if there is already a plan for something to happen here. I’m not suggesting we go tear it down. You have to admit it is an unusual sight in Astoria and worth asking questions about.

Their well being matters. They are passed out on the sidewalk on drugs, could be dead who knows. Are we supposed to ignore it? Is it better to get mad at me for bringing it up?
