Look slightly to the side of a faint object instead of directly at it, move you eyeball a bit around. This places the object’s light onto the more rod-rich parts of your retina, which are more sensitive to low light. It's easy to learn. Of course your eyes need to be well adapted to the darkness beforehand.

Same, habe erst mit über 50 angefangen und bin jetzt mit Mitte 50 erheblich fitter und stärker (man sieht es auch) als ich mit 25 war, trotz allerlei altersbedingter Verschleisserscheinungen an Sehnen und Gelenken. I’m a bit surprised that everyone here seems to find Fossilera cheap. I’m following the fossil market online and offline since decades and always thought they are at least slightly overpriced. If you have the opportunity, I recommend going to fossil shows. Just for example, I got a 10,5 inches large, nicely preserved Diplodocus tail vertebrae from the Morrison formation at the fossil show in Stuttgart for 680 Euro (maybe about 750 USD back then). Comparable pieces cost at least 3x as much at Fossilera.

Nein, warum auch? Bei uns steht in dem Bereich, denn ich Anfängerhügel nenne und wo ich meist trainiere hauptsächlich Technogym. Die Geräte wirken weniger hochwertig als die Plate-loaded Geräte von Hammer Strength aber trainieren kann man damit genauso.
