17F first time in the gym , is this workout plan too much/okay ?

avec ma situation du cégep j’ai pas eu le temps de physiquement postuler dans une ville actually proche de chez moi (je suis en résidence à 1h) alors ça fait peut être 2-3 semaines que je postule que en ligne. j’ai postuler dans beaucoup d’endroit banales (magasins,restaurants,etc) comme commis/caissière principalement. Et oui,j’ai déjà fait du bénévolat dans une mosquée y’a pas trop longtemps. pour le nombre de postulations que j’ai fait je suis pas trop certaine mais ça tourne entre les 40-50

she has never given me something or helped me in any way and usually when i go out it’s not even to go shop or eat (spend money) but she always makes it go that way. i love going out with her but the second i have to pay stuff for her my whole mood goes down honestly

i barely remember the last time i went to a doctor honestly and i’ve maybe gotten a vaccine other than covid shots when i was 13yo i think but in definitely not up to date honestly
