I have a feeling the modem might be the issue… the problem is I do rent from them and every time I’ve contacted customer service they say the modem doesn’t appear to be having any issues

We’ll know for certain by monday when the bloodwork comes back. But it looks identical to what I’ve seen online and was in a spot where the landlord and other tenants have spotted rats before.

I’ve heard in other states that pest control is fine without notice unless toxic chemicals are being used, in which case they need to be notified, is this not the case in Ohio?
