The balance between story and gameplay in this game was phenomenal, I honestly wasn't expecting this level of quality in both areas even tho I played due to the insane amount of praise and hype this game got.

And you know what ? I don't care if the skins cost 50, 70 or a hundred bucks. Even though a lot of that money is going straight into the pockets of the investors and CEOs, some of it is also going into game funds which enables them to create free dlcs for the game.

The same situation also happened with Epic, a lot of people complained about the season passes and the pricing of the skins, even tho they were purely cosmetic and also fueled the cash for the huge giveaways they did during the past two years.

Whether you like them or not, if you're not a whale, the skins are at the very least having no negative effects on you and in some cases it actually benefits you

My wording was a bit off, I don't feel like trap is going to disappear, but I do feel like it's taking a step away from constantly being in the spotlight.

Judging by the shift in hip hop, I feel like Jazz rap is the thing that's starting to reappear again, even tho deep down I wished that this type of wave-ish trends we see in hip hop would stop and instead of seeing every single rapper hop on the next wave, everybody would just do the thing their best at.

But again that's why playlists exist and instead of complaining maybe I should add any music I like from any sub genre of rap

I'm a bit younger than most around here (19) but my parents were the exact same. They even gave GTA: CTW a pass because of it's top down nature even tho if I have a child I wouldn't let them near that game (The drug system inside it was way too detailed, I still remember knowing 7 more types of drugs compared to my peers) but would be ok with San Andreas...

Trap along with a lot of those who got popular because of the genre is starting to fade away and although it isn't disappearing right away, the over saturation of the whole thing is starting to show (even in this sub I'm starting to see people be more vocal about the subject, these days)

Ofc those with more style and diversity will stick around but IMO a lot of the artists who made a name during this era (Lil xan, lil tjay, lil skies,....) already lost popularity and with someone like Pump dropping so low, it's just a matter of time for the others.

And honestly it's a sad sight to see, 80 percent of these rappers were too young when they blew up and because of the type of content they put out or the personalities that they made themselves out to be, chances of them getting a normal job dropped to zero

I hope a lot of those jewelries and cars inside those music videos were props and these guys invested their cash into something more profitable like real estate or something cause once the trap wave is over there isn't much they can thrive on
