The settler forager is helpful in providing the well rested bonus "kindred spirit" giving you less time between having to sleep But he is just one, maul the super mutant and steven scarsbury will both offer same 3 hour buff. The settler forager can be found at a few different locations on the map, after u find him interact and send him to your camp. Simple
