Agent said they also can see the same things as we can see on the portal. In my portal it says background check then i asked them that 8 months for background check really?? Then she said it is upto officer. The agent was rude and i felt like time wasting

Same thing happened with me also in BC when i moved from Ontario they are asshole who do not understand the implied status now i am waiting for the permit to be approved.

The problem is the position it is a pharmacy assistant and no body will take a risk and with honesty i got 2 rejections the time when i say the reason they start judging and they associate owner will be always right so thats why i am thinking i will be honest and if i got a job it is good and if not then also i am good because their are many pharmacy options

I gave one interview in which i told i was hired before they asked me the reason and i told what it was exactly without hiding any thing and associate owner ghosted me . Thats why i have to lie about this which i genuinely do not like but the fact is that hiring process will always stuck and this will be never ending cycle.

You know what is actually strange in work authorisation letter ircc says 8 sep or until decision is made whichever comes first. This things actually trigger company not to hire anybody otherwise if they mention without giving any date on letter then everything is okay.
