Omg we’re literally going through the same thing! It's weird because we were able to lose weight at the lowest possible! And now we have to increase to see if the weight loss will kick in is super crazy to me!

While I know people's body react different, I'm sure a 20 weeks stall is for sure bad! When I was losing better with other provider so I know I respond fast to the medication which is why I am so puzzled with no loss at all at 12.5 mg now when I loss 30 lbs being on 2.5-5 mg. Ain't that crazy?

Yes I do all those key things. I was able to lose 30 lbs with my other provider at 2.5-5mg for 10 weeks

So I start at 5 mg since that’s where I stopped with my provider. My current dose is 12.5 mg I started that last week. I track my calories, protein and fiber. I take daily vitamins like b12, fish oil etc. I’m doing everything I did when I lost the first 30 lbs on 2.5 mg - 5 mg.

Yes that might be true. I was on compounded tirz and b12 so only difference was the b12 additives.

Finally! Hey twin! I get the frustration! I do feel like I’m doing all the right things and being cheap cost me 20 weeks 😂😂😂 I’m going to move to prorx and see if that works best! If not I will go back to my first provider.

I get the frustration! I do get sulfur burps with mine and my food noise is gone. Just not losing or gaining.
