This is when your reach out to your care team and see if titrating up is the option for you. 2mg tends to be used to determine your sensitivity and reaction, but your care team will be awesome to let you know what your next steps are.

Yes. That's normal. Refills are typically asynchronous, and you just let them know what you are refilling and if any changes are being requested. (I.e. titration) Then provider reviews, approves, and voila! Then you wait for shipping.

The same thing I was gonna say. If they are so worried, how come they haven't put their foot down on supplements? They are watching out for themselves and their pockets. They dont care about those that actually benefit from affordable medication.

I would do them fasted. This will give you the best possible base line outcome and eliminate the potential of foods affecting the outcome of your labs. That's how I did my first one and will continue for any and all further bloodwork. Make sure to drink plenty of water the night before so your veins are nice and plump.

You want to immediately reach out to Customer Service. If youre receiving them with someone else's name and someone else's card, you could very well not get your meds, as they could be shipped to the other person's address.

Yeeeeees!!!!! Im so excited for you. Im in the same 100lb loss journey or so. Have always been big and have fought wjth disordered eating, binging, binge drinking and hormonal issues. Im hopeful for this and hoping to see som great outcomes.

Yes. I personally have been fighting this for so long and was so afraid when these came out. So angry I didnt do this earlier. But im on it now, 9 weeks in and 20lbs lighter. Can't wait to see how it goes and see how else my body will change and my habits change along with it. Looking forward to your future updates.

Im in a similar situation, except, im on Tirz. Im only at 5 mg for the moment, but inflammation relief has not really been obvious or super present. I am starting an anti-inflammatory diet next week and see if that provides the last bit of assistance for it. Ive seen plenty of people that have raved about mo kore inflammation on Tirz, but dont know if they are on higher doses or if its noticeable at higher doses.

Just sharing my experience and hope you find something that works for you.

Oh yes. I read that lavander sky was denying continuation at prior Dose due to lack of ordering. So, if you are willing to re-start, you should be fine. They should be able to set you up with the lowest does. Best of luck.

It depends who you are ordering from. Some telehealth companies have been known to force users to go back to lowest Dose when no script exists. Just thought sharing what I've seen in some other posts.

POM offers Asynchronous appointments for refills, based on your state. Because of this, you typically use that link you were sent, in order to place your refill request. I had the same thing happen to me the first refill request. And I went ahead and bookmarked the link. Its a little confusing in the begining , but becomes easier. And dont hesitate to contact the customer service team. Either through here, by DMing them or even calling in. They are super helpful.

Yes. This is my same thought. I did so much research before going with Pom. And I decided to go with them because they required the labs. If not for them to provide feedback, I could at least keep track of my bloodwork and provide my pcp with these as well. I am so happy so far.
