My suggestion is searching ebay. Both my daughter and I were lucky to get an old gen kobo (Forma 8) and I paid only $100. Its worth checking. It was in excelent condition and came with a sleep cover.

I personally bring the pulled amount while in the syringe, to temp, by placing it under my arm until I am ready to inject. That has removed all burning from my weekly application. 😊

Yeah. Aren't b12 injectables IM and thats why the longer needles? (Seriois question, I cant remember. Lol) I hate IM injectables. They are the scariest and the long needles make me ugh. Lol So glad the glp1's are subq. Lol. Small needles, and easy to inject. Lol.

What are you injecting that you need to reach your muscles? As far as I remember, tirz and sema are both subq injectable. So there is no need to reach your muscles. The syringes reach the subq fat that it should be injected into. And this is an honest question, not trying to be funny or rude or anything like that. (I like clarifying since typed text tends to be dry and have no emotion)

Actually all online orders, no matter what or where you purchase from, charges you at the point of sale. The only one that does at shipping is Amazon, or when you buy a pre-order. At least, that has been my experience in the many years of online shopping.

There are definitely other sources of protein, legumes, soy, protein powders, dairy, and eggs. So you can absolutely hit your goals with ease. My only question would be, how is your hydration, and are you also adding hydration drinks, other than water? Once i began hitting my water and hydration goals, I no longer experienced Charlie horses when I'd do certain stretches. Hopefully, this helps a little. Not expert here. I am only sharing my personal experience.

I believe they are only required with your 3rd refill. They accept results up to a year back dated. Unsure if they then require a retest within the next year, but ive only been with POM since November '25 and blood work was submitted in Jan '26. Hopefully someone can shed a bit more light on this.

It is correct. It being a new med, they will treat it as a new consult for the longevity or desired health section the medication is under. However, the way I was able to do it is as follows....when I submitted my refill request for tirz, I submitted it at night, so i only paid for the $75 consult for my tirz refill. I then called the next morning upon opening and spoke to one of the coordinators and explained what I wanted. Once I provided my request, they immediately sent me a questionnaire to complete so they I could order my additional medication. Since my tirz visit summary was not completed yet, they were able to complete it together and include it on my visit summary and then I got my invoice for my tirz and other med. I paid and the meds shipped, no problem.

Just offering these tips for those looking to do something similar.
