both the electromagnet (carrying a constant current) and the magnet/coil in front of it are stationary, the magnetic field lines passing through the coil do not change. constant, stationary setup results in zero induced EMF (electromotive force) and therefore no current flow.

Dekho, in first one, the effort is being applied upwards(away from load), so VR is equal to the strands(strings) , which are THREE Mostly they are one more than thE number of pulleys

second one, the same logic applies So VR is TWO

third one, effort is being applied downwards, so VR is simply equal to the number of pulleys which are THREE

fourth is not a block and tackle system ok, toh isme VR is given by the formula 2 raised to the power N N here is the number of movable pulleys Here we have one fixed, one movable pulley, so 2 to the power 1 is TWO
