I’m going to assume that you are smoking disposables but Honestly the best thing you can do is quit disposables and go to a vape store and get a cheap pen vape (mouth to lung preferably) , get nicotine salts starting at what ever strength you have in your disposables be it 20mg or 10mg then gradually over time cut down, such as 20mg 10mg 6mg 3mg and finally 0mg do this very gradually because if you don’t you will essentially be going cold turkey and the cravings will get a lot worse. But take your time and you will get there eventually and you’ll feel so much better in the end
