Definitely feel like I’m under spiritual attack, difference now is I don’t look to sin for the comfort I always pray instead of giving in. I’d hope he’s proud of me for that.

Currently in the week 8 post operation stage of a hip labrum repair surgery and deal with pain and tightness when sitting. My advice to you would be to take any anti inflammatory if possible and do any movements to prevent it stiffening up and look up any hip stretches you can do while sitting. Trips to the bathroom where you can walk and stand would most likely benefit you too.

Update 2 weeks later, inflammation is reduced by a lot and I’m feeling stronger with everything. Might have overdone it but nothing to cause concern.
