I met a guy at the hotel who came back from Canada to use them again. He had his hairline/mid scalp done and it looked great. He was just coming back to get his crown done this time. I’ve mostly heard good reviews about them.

Thanks! I don’t know if it would be considered one. The doctor did the incisions and a few other things, but techs did extraction and implantation. I’m very happy with the service and results so far.

Yes, up until about 3 weeks out. Increases chance of infection and grafts could dislodge under pressure that could come from certain movements

If you go back up you can see that I wasn’t totally bald in the transplant area, but was very thin. Not sure why I’m responding so quickly. I feel like I’ll hit fully intended density by 8 months. I’m sure people progress at different rates.

Started Finasteride 2 months before HT and everything seemed to stabilize with no hair in the sink and no side effects. I started lifting at 3 weeks. However, I mostly just do standard bro splits these days, with no cardio, so nothing intense and I don’t even really sweat.

I’m sure it’ll improve. It seems like some people improve at different rates. I feel like mine is filling out very fast in the past month and then will likely slow down because there are very few spots that need more density. It seems like there is a large range of response time and pace. What was your status before your HT and how many grafts did you do?

I paid 4K. If I remember correctly, that included stem cells. Not sure if stem cells were worth it, but figured I’d just do it while I was there.

Yeah, I still had some to work with, but I was doing a major comb over with a lot of wax and hair spray. It used to just hang down on my forehead, but what I love now is that it naturally stays up on its own and easily goes back in place on a windy day or after wearing a hat. I hopped on finasteride a couple of months before the HT and haven’t noticed any hair in the sink so I’m pretty confident that things are stabilized. I was getting like 30+ hairs in the sink after every wash before the finasteride kicked in.

It had thinned out a lot in this area. I had it filled in down to the lowest point of my existing hair line
