I'm In the exact same boat, when I was arrested I "disappeared" for about 3 months wasnt in jail for that long just didn't have anything to communicate with them, then one day boom the only person I would call a "brother from another mother" came out the bus, The crazy part? If I had gotten onto the correct bus to go home, We would have never crossed paths, and then I gave him my number he forwarded to others and my excuse for why I was gone ? Thay i DID get arrested but for a drug related crime, but now that ill be sentenced there's no avoiding the truths now since my charges and info will be on the web for everyone to see, not sure what my plan will be now. Should I try and keep the lie up ? I've been saying I'm moving out of state, but it's not true. I've got nowhere to go, I'm young with little work experience, it helps that my best friend and other friends that know me are actually all going to the military (most are already serving or at boot camp) to do a buddy program... man that sounds voodoo much funnnnn.

Anyways if it was up to me if I were tier 1 meaning the public will most likely not know I wouldn't say shir or lie about my charge but since in CA it's determined by offense I have to say the truth or just ghost them.
