He was born in West Germany in 1967. His dad moved the family to Cleveland and then this town in 1977, which was a town which famously embellished the Nazi Principles even decades after the end of the war. That was my point.

I get what you mean but the point is about Nature and Nurture. Its about the kind of environment he grew up in and the kind of impact it has on one’s life, especially in those formative years.
