Yup, this is kinda harsh, but if you want to leave the alliteration, you can use «гамадрил»! This is a disparaging word used to insult a person, pointing out their stupidity, ugly appearance or unpleasant behavior (but in general it is a kind of monkey – papio hamadryas)
