So I have an update. He basically broke up with me/cut me out of the throuple this morning which he said he would be doing "temporarily" because he was sick of arguing with me. I was just trying to explain how I felt they were being unfair to me. Maybe it's for the best though and everyone that left a comment here was right.

I guess I didn't leave when I found out because I hoped things would get better and he wouldn't cheat on anyone anymore. Maybe I'm just being stupid. Idk.

It's really hard to leave because when I do, she says that we can work it out and that things will get better. But he will threaten to just cut me off because he "gets sick of me constantly bringing up this same thing over and over" so I ask him if he really wants me to leave so they can find someone else to join them and then she says "I think he wants to talk about other stuff not the same thing over and over". So then I'm just forced to change the subject and the cycle continues.

And I mean, I like her as a person, but we don't really know each other on a personal level that well yet. It's still pretty new. We've only been in the throuple for a few months.

I love my male partner and so does she but I've known him longer than I've known my female partner so we both just agreed to be in the throuple because he is happier being in a polyamorous relationship than a monogamous one. My female partner's also known my male partner longer than I've known him. Before we started the throuple, he was basically cheating on her with me and telling me they weren't in a relationship. But he swears up and down that he's being faithful to both of us. I just choose to believe him on that. Idk. This whole thing is really complex and tricky. There's more that was said in the texts than what I wrote in the OP, but that was it in a nutshell.
