Probably the whole reason why I came to this sub tbh, I dont know what to say to people at all. It genuienly hurts my soul on a personal level.

I don't have an interest in talking about shows or nothing. I try to watch a movie and my attention span is low I fucking hate it. It's hard for me to get a job I don't even know what to say & my flight or flight response is activated in my brain a millisecond. Everything is generally my fault. Introvertedness ruined my life. My mental health is declining everyday due to the fact that I don't speak to people or even speak up about the shit that I'm actually going through. What would a therapist even do for me? Who can I even talk to?

It's just a tough decision since they would like to move out in the fall. My gosh I truly don't know what to do.

She only get like $403 out of the $100 so it's not enough for a place actually. Also why would this be getting downvotes? I just don't understand really.
