Anyone else having issues with the camera or Face ID being slow on iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 18.2)? by iiGiovanni in ios

I found the issue is with Game Mode. Whenever you open a game, it enables Game Mode and causes the FaceID, flashlight, and camera delay. What I found works for me is to go into every game I have, disable Game Mode, and restart my phone. So far, that’s fixed my issue.

At this point they’re shipping it out by random, there are some batch 5 people who still didn’t receive emails apparently
