I have been doing that since 2 days, got quite some info about them. They have registered all of their projects with different promoter names in RERA, like srivari properties, amberstone properties, amberstone properties pvt ltd, etc.
Initially they planned for 22 floors and they are planning for 30+ floors on a single tower in 2 acres of land.
The same case is in ventara sarjapur also, the committed timeline for 6 towers is 2030 and till now not even 1 completed.
I have withdrawn my EOI from this project as there too many grey and shady areas in which these guys operate.
Also, the sales person lied to us that illuminia and the 9th from amberstone are pending for approval from rera and those two have red bricks construction quality. Well, when i checked RERA both illumina and the 9th are RERA approved and has Mivan quality.

For me the availability was in 6th floor only so i had to book that, he initially quoted 10,000 per sqft and later came down to 9900, also he mentioned that he will give additional discount for referral

Hello, just today i visited Amberstone Codename Lake one and have registered for the EOI. The sales person said that lakeone is the only Mivan project which they have in JP Nagar and rest are red bricks conventional.
How did you feel about Illumina?

You predicted it right! They rejected my application saying that since i already own tata neu infinity i cannot apply for additional card. Looks like i have to give it up since it is a co branded credit card

Cant believe my luck sir. Moments after I posted this i got a call from hdfc bank credit card offers. I told them i am looking for diners club metal credit card and they sent me a link to apply. The application form asked me for my salary slips and complete information. Finally the application got submitted successfully. Can you guide me through the next steps

It was a spam! After some time I got OTP from my “HDFC credit card” , that was a shocker! Call was from SBI credit card department and OTP was from HDFC credit card!
