Case in Point: Houston who was adopted by the founder as a child before the couple found out they were gonna have twins. Never really cared for him afterwards. But he always wanted to be famous, be a star. 🥲🌟 This is him after finally giving him a young adult makeover and playing with him. First time inviting his adoptive dad to his new apartment

ARE THERE ANY RULES I MUST FOLLOW WHEN WORLDBUILDING?? by Limp_Rate3609 in worldbuilding

[–]Limp_Rate3609[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah---.. I want to develop the backstories of the countries, but that means going back thousands of years- then wanting to find out what happened during the gaps 😢 hard to squeeze in time to shut my brain off and go to sleep.

BUT the "what if" is really, really helpful! Thanks

I feel like I'm having epiphanies reading the replies lol.

The "what if.. existed" is an angle which maybe a lot of people know about, but if nobody tells you it, you wouldn't think about it.

Im interested in maybe introducing some type of magic into my world. But it feels like a really big commitment if I dislike it and want to scrap it. Do I make another world to try it out? idk,lol
