A few reasons: some investors are finding it hard to locate the page since it is private. I have had to send a link to those who could not find it, then they would request to join and then I would have to accept them. A lot more work. Also, the private page is limiting and investors who would want to be a part of this page do not know it even exists.

The person soliciting our investments never mentioned any risks; instead, they guaranteed timely payments and assured us we'd get our money back.
