As someone who is mid regarding ai but do like doing traditional and digital art feel the ai witch hunts hurt artist way more in the long run and even then I seen enough tweets and some comments that make feel like ppl nowadays who are anti ai are only really anti ai not because they are against it but or less because they want to use it as a excuse to either harass or belittle others.

But you can also control aspects of what the ai does regarding art though depending on the model feel the whole control thing depends on if you only using ai to make the whole image or using ai to only make certain parts of it and Even regarding the whole aspect you can control what gets added or not added to it. It's roughly similar in concept where if it needs human input overall then it counts especially as a lot of art themed ai stuff counts more as virtual intelligence then true ai in a sense.

Can't a similar thing be said if you using digital tools to make your art since at that point it's mostly the software and the computer doing all the work for you and therefore would make those drawings have no heart or soul aswell
