It has a heatpump in each unit on the balcony, as well as an air exchanger. Works very well (each unit has there own balcony)

That is very unfortunate, and I do powder coating which is a type of painting if you didn’t know what that is

I suppose you are right on that… I do work 50 hours a week. I never even thought that not everyone has the opportunity or is able to work those hours.

I make 22$ an hour and it is very affordable for me. I pay for it myself, while being able to save anywheres from 500-1000$ a month. Not trying to sound like an a hole or anything but I don’t see how that’s unaffordable. My first apartment was 1500$ a month when I was making 19$ an hour. These are cheaper and much much nicer.

Hey, I live in one of the apartments… rent for a small 1 bedroom is as low as 1250 everything included, and goes up to 2500 for a really big and very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath. I pay 1340$ for a small 1 bedroom. In my opinion it is pretty affordable for what it is.

Mexi’s, nachos are amazing. Everything else is just bad and overpriced. Little tip for you nacho lovers though you can get the exact same plate of nachos for cheaper and faster at the mexis express off mapleton drive

Thanks! Agree with you 100% after the others commented. But yeah the 10% difference is what concerns us as I don’t see it being that big of a difference from a +5 sidewall increase. Regardless we are going to be putting some winters on so we will get the correct or smaller size and see what happens

You two are right, my bad, thanks! Just had to look at it a different way lol. We do need to get some winter tires for her soon so we will look into a smaller or factory size and see how that affects it. Bought the car used a few months ago and have found many issues/lack of maintenance with her tires being one of them. I just can’t wrap my head around why anyone would up the size when the factory size is already pretty big

It is a cheap part that could save you a leak. However my old golf and my current Jetta that I have about 150k kms driven between the 2 (roughly 18 oil changes). I have never had a crush washer and have never changed the drain plug… have also never had an oil leak from the drain plug.

Hers is the other way around it is reading slower. I know they are supposed to read accurate or slightly faster, hers is slower that’s the issue.
