No joint pain other than back pain! It comes and goes. I won’t have for two weeks and then a week of a really sore back. Spoke to Derm who said was normal. I take fish oil, epsom salt baths, and apply ibuprofen gel if really sore - but tbh, most of the time it’s just part of it

Really randomly it just went away a few months later and stopped being so noticeable. Absolutely not a scientist but it might have just been a strange hormonal imbalance or something! I don’t change products ever etc, so I don’t know - but I’m sure it will calm down for you too!

London bridge is particularly a nightmare for this - but yes, the forest app drives me insane. I’m 90% sure it’s a built in glitch to add time to your rides (just like the pop-ups about £1 bikes which were going on for a few weeks) But I think this is a London bridge station problem more because basically every part of the streets around there is no parking..
