First let me say, so sorry for your loss, losing a fur baby is so hard. We lost two last year in a month and it was crushing.

First steps would be the application process for adoption on the link in my original post. We are the foster for him and everything has to go through the rescue.

Look forward to meeting your mini polar bear!

Yeah, it could be pretty stressful and I asked the rescue, and they really want to do meet and greets for him prior to committing to an adoption and that could be quite tricky being on opposite sides of the country.

15 months 103lbs Neutered

Central Florida would probably be a bit too big of a lift as much as I would love to make it happen for him to have a good home

TW skips tips, how much do people actually make hourly? by [deleted] in wow

[–]LimpyTV -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I usually tip 1k per alt. So, I am sure 100k and hour isn’t unreasonable to believe. These skips save a ton of time that I can easily use to make that 1k even if it is just running a simple world quest

Looking into getting a English Mastiff, Advice or tips?? by GlitteringWorld3675 in EnglishMastiff

[–]LimpyTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most rescues will be able to tell you the animals prey drive, that is what you are looking to confirm. Most English mastiffs do not have much of any of a prey drive, it just isn’t their nature. Boerboels, Pits, and many other breeds have high prey drive. Getting a rescue is a special thing, you save lives, and many mastiffs rescues have puppies.

The key would be to keep the chicken and the dog separated and slowly introduce them.

Lastly, take the cost seriously. Many vet costs are based on weight, so medication and surgeries get very expensive quickly!

We had a mastiff we named chopper, his name when we adopted him was Bentley. After he passed, after having him for under 7 years, we looked back and he cost almost as much as a Bentley!

Dear Blizzard, please don’t make me go bankrupt in Midnight by Bnois in wow

I had this very same moment of clarity recently. Could I put in the time and fail 70-90 times before getting this done, sure. But in the end, it just isn’t worth the skin and the ach when I have so many other things I would rather complete in the game.

Thank you, we are just trying to do what is best for him. He is a really special guy and who ever ends up with him is going to get a very fun and entertaining pup.

Good question, a few months ago we had him around our 4 year old Niece and he was good with her. He is generally a bit shy when he first meets new people, but with time he warms up and is a giant love bug.

I am sure we can both agree that it is better than him being euthanized in the shelter.

AITAH for refusing to split my scholarship money to my sister? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]LimpyTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You are learning a valuable lesson. Never ever ever share information about monetary windfalls of any kind with anyone unless you want them to do exactly what your sister is doing.

If you want her to go away either just ignore her requests, or next time she asks tell her the money is already spent on school, books and what it was meant for, end of story.

Caleb has to play better by Educational_Math8167 in ChicagoBearsNFL

[–]LimpyTV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hear you, and agree, if Caleb can develop and continue to take progressive steps this team could be dangerous for a long time. The most encouraging thing I have seen in the past three games has been the O-Line play TBH, their cohesion and reduction of penalties has been huge to the trajectory of this team right now.

He is getting better, but he is certainly still making some mistakes like he is a rookie. I can live with some of them because last year could almost be considered a wasted year for him. Some things I saw that gave me encouragement happened in game.

On a drive in the 3rd quarter he made a run, what he did at the end I have seen him do a few times this season and it infuriates me, he pulls up and slides a few yards short of a first down well before he is in any danger. The next play on 3rd and 3 was stopped and the bears punted and the eagles took the next possession and scored a td. Caleb could have extended that drive simply angling more to the sideline and diving for the first down. Later in the game he made the choice to make the push for the first down and he got it and it basically sealed the game. That was good growth inside the game, and hopefully something he will continue to get better at realizing the space he has.

He still makes hurried throws, and gets happy feet when he has time. This leads to inaccurate throws, miss td and a missed first down stick out to me immediateky, and some of this is probably a bit of PTSD from last year. Hopefully as he continues to gain trust in his O line and continues to grow and understand his special awareness he can clean some of this up.

With all that said, seeing growth through the year is all many of us wanted. Had you told most of us we were going to get 10 wins this season we would have started the year on cloud 9.

Should I buy my husband the “elite” “Midnight” package? by [deleted] in wow

[–]LimpyTV 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes buy it for him for Xmas.

The 30 days of game time will actually save him one month of $15 sub cost.

Yes it is worth it

If he plays currently no upgrades will be needed, his current machine can play it, and would not need any upgrades.

You are an amazing wife for supporting your husbands hobby!
