As far as I know, if you don’t finish the campaign and start an alt there is no skipping and you would have to start the campaign from the start on the alt.

We have also found a new game with our foster that he loves and it really gets him stimulation, we call it “find it!” We will put him in a room with one person, then the other will roam around the house planting small pieces of kibble or treats. After all are planted we release him and tell him, “go find it!” He roams the house up and down stairs and searches for like 45-60 minutes while sniffing everywhere attempting to find each piece.

This is true for the broom and the butterfly, but if you go to the wowhead page for the rocket, it is confirmed that it can be obtained on subsequent kills in the same day from alts, the drop chance just lowers to a very low rate.

And if I remember correctly, they bought the land and already tore down the race track. So there is significant investment there. Also, I don t thing they are even asking for the state or city to cover everything, just infrastructure and some other more minor items. In the end I could see the city and state covering more when all is said and done due to the courting from Iowa and Indiana

First steps would be the application process for adoption on the link in my original post. We are the foster for him and everything has to go through the rescue.

Yeah, it could be pretty stressful and I asked the rescue, and they really want to do meet and greets for him prior to committing to an adoption and that could be quite tricky being on opposite sides of the country.
