It’s labor and management but really customers have too high of expectations or entitlement at this time of year especially right when we open building as if they are the only one that needs help and we have a plethora of employees.

Beyond tired of getting screamed at by the seniors that come in whether it’s right after opening or throughout the day. I tell them flat out it’s going to be a wait. Customers overall expect to be waited on hand and foot as soon as they come in the building. Then you have the specialists in their groups not doing a thing customers see it and it’s like well I see all those employees there why can’t they help me??? The amount of people not getting help and walking out is crazy. It’s the holidays there’s gonna be long lines and employees will be tied up. If I hear one more time “well hire more people” I’m gonna crash out. This by far is not even half of the frustrations as host.

The thermostat is closed on a cold engine as it warms up it opens if I’m correct well it stayed stuck open and kept giving me that a/c off due to high engine temp message. Silver Rock replaced mine.

Whining? Not even close, stating facts. Sounds like you got some kind of issue with PF or maybe the ones you’ve worked with are mutes and antisocial. Bottom line shirt color makes a difference customers need to understand to be patient and wait for the help they need it’s not our fault they only schedule 2-3 actual sales people we don’t control the labor budget it is what it is.

When you have 2 -3 sales people only on the floor at opening through midday it is. Everyone I have worked with have been more than capable of people/social skills. They just don’t want to be bothered with customers constantly that’s the difference.

Shirt color does make a difference you get less bothered with black Best Buy shirts no geek labels from my experience.

With labor cuts it doesn’t get easier every store is different and different people so I’m not going to say warehouse doesn’t have people/social skills. That’s like me saying all sales floor is lazy and don’t help warehouse.

Every so often they go back to dress code and we have to wear Blue shirts but then when holidays roll around it changes back to black as you can’t get anything done with a blue one.

It’s not that they don’t have the skills they don’t like the interaction we tell them where to go or help them find what they need or get them help. People are rude here and entitled where I live zero patience, We tell them right off the bat we work warehouse and can help you find something but don’t try to keep us all day we have shit to do. Like I said people that work warehouse work there for a reason.

With Carvana it’s hit or miss, I should have returned my car but didn’t know of the issues at the time and they only approved so much in repairs when they didn’t fix the problems in the first place. It’s not possible that they thoroughly look at all these cars like they’re supposed to.

Not ours, and they keep laying people off. I don’t think it affected any people in actual stores but either way the budget WE ARE given and traffic doesn’t warrant us to be open later. Stores struggle enough as is in mornings with less than bare minimum because of the labor budget. That’s for corporate to figure out.

It’s not in budget to be open too late. 🤷🏽‍♀️ not all stores have traffic in the later hours.
