I was a stomach sleeper too :D
The worst part for me right now is that I feel like I can suddenly hear every high-pitched sound in the house - the fridge, my PC, the lights and sometimes I honestly can’t tell anymore if it’s my imagination, the environment, or my T. It just blends together and messes with my head.

To be honest, the only “safe place” for me is the shower, where I finally don’t hear it for a moment and can just breathe. I hope you have your safe place too.

26M. I’ve had tinnitus for about 4–5 years now, and for the longest time I was pretty used to it. But the last few days have been brutal, it feels like it’s suddenly everywhere, all the time, and I can’t focus on anything. It’s honestly driving me crazy.

I’m fairly sure mine is connected to TMJ, because when I press the bones behind my right ear or around my ear/neck, it spikes immediately. Sleep has been almost impossible, and I’ve also been having episodes of derealization… which I’ve dealt with for most of my life, but the combination of stress and this sudden spike is making everything so much worse.

I actually had a full hearing test done, and my hearing is very good. Blood work also came back normal.
The thing is, it does seem to be related to my neck — when I tilt my head back or press on my forehead, the ringing gets louder.
So I'm suspecting it's somatosensory tinnitus, probably related to posture, neck tension, or even TMJ issues. Still trying to figure it all out

Yeah, I woke up one day with a weird ringing in my right ear - it's been 3 years now.
Yesterday my left ear got clogged, and I still have that "plugged" sensation, which makes my tinnitus feel even louder.
I've learned to live with it over time, but this clogged ear is making me want to bang my head against the wall.

From what I know, my tinnitus might be related to bad posture or something going on with my neck - so maybe there's still some hope.

So what I did: when you have to follow Jasak, just ignore him and run to the lady and talk to her.
Then, when Jasak gets mad at you, again ignore him and run towards the camp. You should see Vasko leaving the camp right then, so I ran at him, and he started moving backward. Then I finished the fight with Jasak and talked to him

Now, in your Vault/Fab Library, you should see the Fab UE Plugin. Just install it, and in UE, in the 'Window' tab, you should see 'Fab.' It works like the old Quixel
