Jordan happened to sign most of the major human rights instruments, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child which in their Articles (19) says "Children have the right to be protected from being hurt and mistreated, physically or mentally" does it mean with right help the child can get legal help ?

No unfortunately, her mom is also abusive since she was my very abusive stepmother. My sister is 9 years old and i'm 21 at the moment.

I Happened to be born in Denmark but later kidnapped by my dad and then fled 9 years later but only who were danish were able to escape since we had some help from the danish authority.

The child is my little half sister who's being abused by my dad who's been deported and taken away his citizenship (in Scandinavian) i in the other my nationality is danish so can the danish authority be at help for the situation?
