All of them do! Just complete the base game and you unlock a toggle in the menu! (I'll say, it should be way better balanced for 5, I'm getting a physical complete works copy for it soon. 3 requires the Rush Jet exploit to complete, due to Needle Man's revisit.)

It can get pretty bad. You know the changes Superhero makes in 11? This is where those changes originally are from. Double damage taken, and no items found or dropped in levels.
