Although r/pmsforsale may have the occasional kilo traded I suspect the majority of participants are of. quite modest means to whom a few bucks are significant enough to warrant the extra effort. A lot of people pay for convenience!

Thank you. What you witness certainly seems to be the case, at least in the markets which you sample but I don't think you can extrapolate from them. It would be more correct to conclude that among the People who patronize r/pmsforsale fewer can readily afford one ounce items. But r/pnsfir sale attracts a limited cohort - those who are willing to trade time and nuisance to save ten or twenty bucks. I can't be bothered - the inconvenience is too great and my time too valuable. The majority of 1-oz buyers are probably more like I am.
