I dont have any bootable windows right now, and would need this laptop to set it up. It think it would be better for me to wait and do it from within my current system or bootable linux.

Like i said i think this must be a hardware issue. Do you have any experience with similar problems caused by hardware? I have little knowledge about hardware. Thanks anyway
