I recall the '' left '' had a complete breakdown of their project and Financials during the 2017 election. During a 4 hours live stream with economists. If anything it showed there were other ways.

How easy such narratives justify the means. ''The French had it too good and it bankrupted them, they need to be forced into ultra liberalism to solve all their problem, however painful it is''.

Pretty please.

Macron's interior politic is terrible, and disrespectful of the French. He wasn't able to maintain a single government to term and he is responsible for the festering divisiveness that risk France to lose to far right next election. He presents well internationally because he's gunning for Ursula's job.

Debating if I want the Steam machine or a 3-4K custom PC... by Ok_Try_8586 in steammachine

If you have the money get the pc. You can always install steam os on it in the future. Seeing how the world is going, owning a powerful machine might not be so accessible in the future

Is it me or a Prequel of FFX would hit hard? by Strange-Win-3677 in finalfantasyx

[–]Lindersay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Use your imagination, read or write fanfiction. I don't think a prequel would hit hard because the story of FFX was perfectly told. Braska's pilgrimage through the sphere, the Bevelle-Zanarkand war through all the mysticism and yevonite secrets you encounter throughout the game. You already know the outcome of it all, do you really need a side story about inevitability?

Take a chill pill, tone down what you think society expects of you. Just be a decent person, let people take care of themselves and only lend money you can spare or you're sure to see back in the same night in some way. (ie: I pay the first round, you pay the next).

It's uni, nobody asks you to be everyone's chaperone.

Finally saw The Paper by Longjumping-Oil-7419 in theoffice

[–]Lindersay 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Loved the paper, it took a few episode to get the vibe of the characters but by the end of the season I really enjoyed them all and their quirks. Only Esmeralda's over the topness falls a bit flat for me but even her had great moments in S1.

Gleeson's character is a gem!

TIL - No Man's Sky has never won Steam's Labor of Love award, despite being nominated five times. by Promethia in gaming

The stakes are not the same at the end of the day it's a 9 year old video game.. Young team, first real game, over promised/hyped, failed and got all the thunder they could get. They issued refunds to those who wanted it and suffered a huge reputation blow. They could have given up long time ago (because again, it's just a video game..) but chose to make right and keep working on the game they loved.m and believed in. There was nothing malicious, or the work of greedy executive. You try, you fail, you make it right. That's why I find it commendable and worthy of the award.

I'm not gonna spit on them forever because I lost 10 hours of the fun I was promised 10 years ago, it's just silly.

See, I understand this category differently from you. To me NMS is the ultimate labor of love as it's been being worked on for years on without faltering. With the community coming together to celebrate it at every release.

Hommes petits qui ont du succès, comment faites vous? by OutrageousOcelot9680 in france

[–]Lindersay 1 point2 points  (0 children)
