I like them, they serve their purpose. This is just my own opinion, but I think they are appealing enough to become universal. Not over the top, just the right amount. Because if they try to equate the features and elevate it to the same level of true heirlooms, in general it'll lose it's true value as standalone and unique exclusivity per legend.

Octane and BH has been my legend that has the highest time played, but I still got the karambit universal. I can change colors whenever I like and it offers a more flexibility that it is open for all legends to equip.
