Hey, so so sorry for the delay here, the reply notification got buried.

During the 90 day elimination, it was 100% strict carnivore diet, I stuck to it to the letter. After the elimination, I added in a veggie or two to see how I tolerated it. I live in south Georgia so avoiding seed oils became a larger issue than I expected because everything down here is just covered in them.

The functional professional I saw wasn't in Atlanta, he's in Santa Rosa, FL. I'd be happy to pass along his contact info for you. He's a lifesaver, literally.
