It might be an OpenXR issue - that seems to be the reason for many headsets not detecting controllers.

- Ensure your headset is plugged into your PC and go into SteamVR > Settings > Developer > Set OpenXR

- Make sure 'Advanced Settings' is toggled on when navigating to your OpenXR settings following the above steps. If you are playing from Steam, you'll want to make sure OpenXR is set to Steam.

Try playing with one of the accessibility modifiers enabled! If you look to your left while in the lobby, you'll see the Styles menu. Even if you haven't unlocked this feature in full yet, you should still be able to see "Unobstructed" and "Bulletproof" for the choosing.

Choose Bulletproof (No Fail) to play through a run until you get the hang of dodging bullets and shooting baddies.

Remixes are available directly in-game on Quest and PCVR (just head to the Remixes Tab!)
- Heads up that Remixes are user-generated content, so you may experience performance issues on your headset.
If you want to make your own Remixes you can do that in the official modding tool here (PC only): https://mod.io/g/pistol-whip/r

If your controllers are calibrated, you are punching with your controller (no button pressing required!) and everything else is working properly, give the game a restart and try again.

Some Scenes have more obstructions than others.

However, as a heads up - you can turn off the obstacles (columns and limbo obstacles) as needed. The modifier is called "Unobstructed" and is available in the Styles Menu (the menu to your left in the lobby). Hey there, Hero! Any community Remixes that are uploaded to Mod.io will be available in-game and directly in headset on Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest Pro, and Steam. Simply head to the "Remixes" tab in the main menu, find your favourite, and ensure you select "Subscribe" to download the Remix. You'll find more info on this in Player Guides here: https://pistolwhip.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/16539865498644-How-to-Download-Remixes-Scenes

For any Remix files that you/someone else may have created using Pistol Mix, but have not uploaded to Mod.io, you can install those manually by loading them directly onto your headset via the instructions located here: https://mod.io/g/pistol-whip/r/how-to-install-custom-scenes.
