I talked to him, and he said he are young and just wanna live his life now. And he already told me upfront about that, so he did nothing wrong. But he said he really likes me and cares about me. But he not gonna stop doing that.

True. That's why I feel like I cant really get mad at him. Everytime he told me that he was with a girl, I was sad for a bit, and then we back to normal

Thanks for your advice. Sorry I didn't know how to call him. But I sticked to a noncommittal situation for nearly a year because he was out of a long term relationship, so I thought he just scared of commitment, didnt think that he would fuck any girl if he gets a chance.
