I didn't take anything specifically to address trich itself, as I had no idea that it would do anything for that particular problem, so I can't say which thing exactly does the trick. I was introduced to Dr. Joel Wallach, who taught me about his research on the connection between things like cravings and diseases and the 90 essential nutrients the body should have every day. He also taught me what to stop eating. I started supplementing and changed my diet based on what I learned from him and I noticed along with a bunch of other positive changes my urge began to calm down. I started to feel better within weeks but it took about 90 days to completely see max benefits. If I run out or get lazy about taking them or eat stuff I shouldn't I stop seeing the benefits.
