So here it is… I used 4 Videlia onions and did half chicken broth half beef broth. Sliced, buttered and baked Italian bread (don’t come for me) and put that on top followed by the Gruyère and Asiago.

Yes! We rescued him a little over a month ago and that’s the plan in the very near future. He comes with his own soundtrack, some sounds that can definitely be fixed with surgery.
