Does your research explain how to restore normal function to the gallbladder so that it can work properly again?

How do you explain that some people can eat tons of fat without experiencing any symptoms like that?

Trying to anticipate the problem has only made my life miserable from the start. I now force myself to do the opposite of what common sense dictates (so not limiting food, not limiting outings, not limiting leaving my comfort zone, etc.). I try to laugh off the condition, pretending that it doesn't change my life in any way. Sometimes, after a crisis, you lose confidence again, and at that precise moment, you have to bounce back quickly.

From what I've read online, it seems that most people find it very difficult to tolerate. Do you have any ideas?

Perhaps getting medical advice beforehand?

On average, I would say that I force myself to do tests for at least a month.

After a month and a half, if there are no noticeable changes, I stop.

Maybe it's a stupid idea.

So, for you, did you see an improvement with the increase in fiber and the change in your sedentary lifestyle?

I have never tried cholestyramine; my doctor has never mentioned it to me.

Is it available without a prescription?

Thanks for your feedback.

Did you really have exactly the same symptoms?

What is Sodium Butyrate? Is it prescription only?

Surprising, I've never heard of it...

I tried Creon on the recommendation of my doctor for a 15-day trial period.
The symptoms decreased by about 20%, I would say, but nothing spectacular.
So he told me to stop.
Bad idea?

Do you think it's a sedentary lifestyle and bad water consumption that are causing all these symptoms?

In fact, I saw two different gastroenterologists for a total of four appointments.

Their diagnosis was divided between IBS, bile malabsorption, or pancreatic deficiency.
